Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • job costs tracking

  • assist in project material ordering

  • assist in project invoicing

  • assist with social media planning

  • payroll

Qualifications:

  • good understanding of spread sheet software (excel and google sheets)

  • understanding of QuickBooks software

  • background in some sort of office admin work a plus

  • flexible schedule
